RegistrationRegistration is now closed.
Payment is possible through credit card (Master, Visa, ...), directly after having filled in the form, or through bank transfer or "bon de commande" (order form). The bank account details can be found in the confirmation mail that you will receive after having completed the form. We would like to incite you to use payment by credit card if possible due to the simplified automatic treatment of payments in this case. You will also receive a pdf invoice for the amount of registration fees. Notice that your affiliation information from the registration form will also be used for creating the conference badges.
In case of payment by credit card, be careful to click on "continuer" at the end once the bank has confirmed the payment; otherwise, your registration will not be validated if you close the window before pressing this button. If you have inadvertently closed the window, please tell the organizers by mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. They will then manually confirm your registration.
Order forms ("bon de commande") should PREFERABLY be sent by email to our treasurer Jean-Stéphane Bailly (email@example.com) with email subject: "[Bon de commande METMA]".

Early bird: The deadline for reduced registration fees is May 11, 2018.
The final registration deadline is fixed to June 1, 2018.
We may ask students to provide proof of their student status if we do not have access to this information.
